The original kitchen was dark, heavy, and closed off. Nothing was broken, but the space no longer fit a couple who loves to have neighbors over.

The remodeled kitchen is bright, open, and built for gathering. A large white quartz island with a dark walnut base now anchors the room where the peninsula once blocked it, inviting guests to pull up a stool while dinner comes together. Crisp white Shaker cabinets wrap the perimeter, topped with crown molding and glass-door display uppers that glow with interior lighting, while a floor-to-ceiling pantry tower adds storage and height.

The cooking wall is the centerpiece: a 48-inch white ILVE professional range with brass hardware sits beneath a hammered copper hood, framed by white subway tile and finished with a wall-mounted pot filler. A dedicated bar station with a built-in wine fridge and bottle storage rounds out the space, while wide-plank light oak floors and layered lighting make the whole kitchen feel twice the size it was before.
